Volunteer Invitation: Earthdance Ascension – Spring Equinox

Dear Friends and Future Volunteers,

This year marks the beginning of a new tradition. RadioCave Corporation (Non-profit 501c3), Dragontribe DJ Arts & Earthdance Global led the first-ever Earthdance Equinox in Florida. Not just as an event, but as a rebirth of a movement rooted in healing, unity, and creative evolution.

Our mission is simple:

 Build a community gathering that sustains itself through compassion, art, and shared purpose.

 This Spring Equinox celebration will set the foundation for the future of Earthdance in Florida and the ongoing humanitarian work carried forward by the Foundation of Families.

This event is a mission-driven fundraiser, and all volunteers are asked to contribute by purchasing a General Admission ticket. This donation helps cover operational costs and ensures our nonprofit can continue its work year-round, including:

*Special-needs advocacy 

*Mental health outreach

*Wildlife conservation through OtterSpace Wildlife

*Global peace initiatives through Earthdance

*and much more

Important details:

Volunteers receive 1 meal per 8 hours total shift. A VIP gift bag and use of the venue's private bathroom and shower facilities. Only a limited number of volunteers are needed, and positions are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Typical shifts are 4–8 hours. Exact shift options will be offered after sign-up.

Your ticket serves two roles:

Confirms your volunteer participation for Earthdance Ascension – Spring Equinox.

Opens the door to leadership. Volunteers who feel called to a deeper level of service may apply to join the RadioCave Corporation Advisor Council, a governing body of volunteer leaders who help guide programs, partnerships, and the long-term vision of Earthdance in Florida.

Acceptance to the Advisor Council involves a separate conversation and onboarding process to confirm understanding, interest, responsibility, expectations, and alignment with the nonprofit’s mission.

You will receive open schedules via email once your ticket & volunteer form is confirmed. These calls covers team roles, safety procedures, and event flow.
