Giving Peace a Dance Artist Spotlight

Juicy Junglist is the moniker of Belinda Pettinato, a Florida-based DJ, event producer, and community builder who has been shaping the underground music scene since 2005.

A proud member of the all-female DJ collectives DNB Girls and The Geishaz, Juicy Junglist continues to represent feminine fire behind the decks, sharing her sound on lineups alongside influential artists including Fabio & Grooverider, DJ Rap, Deekline, Stanton Warriors, Krafty Kuts, Freestylers, Leeroy Thornhill, DJ Icey, and Gaudi.

From 2009 to 2018, she expanded her creative path into festival production—most notably as the driving force behind the Earthdance Florida Festival, an annual music, arts, and community gathering held in Central Florida as part of the globally synchronized Earthdance movement. Following her years producing Earthdance Florida, she continued creating immersive experiences through nearly a decade of curating interactive art and music environments at Love Burn. She later continued her involvement with Earthdance through its global online broadcasts and today works alongside Earthdance Global as the movement enters its next chapter.

Throughout this evolution, DJing has remained at the heart of Juicy Junglist’s creative journey. 

Her path has increasingly taken her beyond the U.S., with international appearances including Mucky Weekender Festival in the UK and the legendary Lakota nightclub in Bristol alongside the Jungle Cakes crew. Now captivating dance floors at festivals, burns, and clubs at home and abroad, she is known for her high-energy sets, soulful track selections, and deep connection with the crowd.

She also curates visually stunning DJ journeys in breathtaking locations, transforming natural and artistic spaces into immersive musical experiences. Her versatility extends to ecstatic dance floors, where she intuitively guides movement journeys rooted in bass, rhythm, and soul.

Her genre-blending sets fuse Jungle, Drum & Bass, UK Garage, Breakbeats, Halftime, World Bass, Glitch, Dub, and beyond, often weaving in elements of Soul, Psychedelic, Hip Hop, and Downtempo. Each performance is a bass-driven, genre-fluid journey designed to move bodies and elevate spirits.
